Andhra Pradesh to host 41st IATO Convention in 2026

On Sunday, August 24, Ajay Jain Special Chief Secretary, Ajay Jain, announced that the 41st Indian Tour Operators Association (IATO) Congress will be held in 2026 by Andhra Pradesh in Visakhapatnam.
Speaking at the 40th IATO annual congress in Puri in Odisha between 22-24 August, Jain stressed the role of tour operators in tourism development and spoke in detail about the support given to the tourism development in Andhra Pradesh by the central and province governments.
When the three -day event was renewed in ‘2030’, ‘Union Tourism and Culture Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Odisha Prime Minister and Tourism Minister Prabhati Parida.
Explaining the opportunities in the tourism sector in andhra Pradesh and the incentives and privileges presented to investors by the government in detail, Mr. Ajay Jain pointed out that the EP government has given an industrial status to the tourism sector. He said the government’s focus was to create first -class infrastructure, including new airports to increase tourism. Authority, Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh’s cooperation in Andhra Pradesh has made significant efforts to develop tourism, he added.
Tourism officials, airline representatives, hoteliers and tour operators from various states attended. Mr. Ajay Jain invited all participants to attend the 41st IATO congress in Visakhapatnam next year.
