Former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar gets conditional bail in Unnao rape case; what the HC order says – The Economic Times Video
The Delhi High Court has granted bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who was convicted in the 2017 Unnao rape case, by suspending his life imprisonment. Sengar, who is serving a life sentence, has to post a personal guarantee of Rs 15 lakh along with three sureties and comply with strict conditions, including staying 5 km away from the victim’s house and reporting to the police every Monday.
