Former opposition leader Peter Dutton puts luxury family property north of Brisbane up for sale
Former federal opposition leader Peter Dutton is exiting his extensive property portfolio by putting his luxury family farm on the outskirts of Brisbane up for sale.
The property, called “Juffs Farm”, is located in Dayboro, about an hour’s drive from Brisbane’s CBD, and sits on 169 acres of land.

It features an original Queenslander with original timber floors, but has been transformed into a six-bedroom, four-bathroom home since it was purchased by the Dutton family for $2.1 million in 2020.
It will go up for auction next Friday.
Sellers Ray White describe the upcoming sale as “a rare opportunity to secure an outstanding rural estate showcasing breathtaking natural beauty and endless potential.”
“Every element of this property is designed to deliver not just a home, but a lifestyle,” representatives said.

In earlier versions, the rural property was home to 100 dairy cows and later supported beef cattle operations.
Agents say the modern arrangements, which include a mini golf and tennis court, an infinity pool and a polished concrete extension, have created a “private resort-style oasis” but say the opportunity to engage in livestock or small crop production remains.
