Four astronauts depart international space station in return flight home | US news

NASA retired, private astronaut Peggy Whitson and three crew members from India, Poland and Hungary left the international space station early on Monday and began to return to Earth.

A crew carrying a quartet was removed from the orbit laboratory at 7.15 ET at 7.15 ET and ended the last visit to Elon Musk’s latest visit to the California -based Rocket Venture Voterx.

If everything goes as planned, the dragon capsule will re -enter the Earth’s atmosphere at the end of a 22 -hour turn flight and will be parachute to the Pacific Ocean on the coast of California at around 530 am on Tuesday.

The axic astronauts worn on the white and black flight sets with helmets were tied to the crew cabin shortly before leaving the station and was seen in live video footage of about 260 miles (418 km) on the eastern coast of India.

Several short rocket pushes then safely cleaned the capsule from ISS.

65 -year -old Whitson and three axiom crew friends – India’s 39 -year -old Shuklahu Shukla, Poland’s Sławosz Uznański -wiśniewski, and Hungary’s Tibor Kapu, 33, Hungary – Microgravation 18 days passed.

The mission has been standing as the fourth flight since 2022, organized by Axiom as Houston -based company.

For more than 40 years, the launch for India, Poland and Hungary marked the first mission to send the first human space flight and the astronauts of their governments to the ISS from the relevant space programs.
