Fox News anchor and New York Times bestselling author Dana Perino announced Tuesday that her first fiction film, “Purple State,” will be released April 21.

“Purple State” focuses on three young women who move from New York City to Wisconsin and learn to enjoy life in a small Midwestern town far outside their urban comfort zones.
