Fox News halted for Donald Trump’s six-word comment to King Charles | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Today’s Fox News is about King George III. He stopped to make a breaking announcement about Charles and President Donald Trump as the monarch and Queen Camilla wrap up their tour of the United States. As breaking news flashed on the screen, the men and their wives were at the White House in Washington, D.C., for an official farewell ceremony to mark the end of their historic state visit. As cameras rolled, the 70-year-old President had six strong words for Charles: “The greatest king in my book.” However, when the King was asked which was his favorite moment from his visit to the USA, no clear answer was given. Instead he smiled.
Shortly after their car took off, Trump told the press: “Great people. We need more people like this in our country.”
Charles and Camilla were taken to Arlington Cemetery and laid a wreath at the foot of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Camilla then placed some flowers under the monument.
Much of the visit was spent with his mother, Queen Elizabeth II. It reflected elements of Elizabeth’s trip in 1957 when she laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Fox News viewers flocked to X to comment on the latest announcement about X, with one person stating: “Regardless of what you think Donald TrumpKing III. “Moments like this with Charles and Queen Camilla are about maintaining long-standing alliances, not just personal accolades.”
Another said: “President Trump did a great job hosting King Charles.” A third said: “Classy action from President Trump. As he welcomes King Charles III and Queen Camilla to the White House with respect and power, I call him the greatest king in my book. After years of America being mocked and disrespected around the world, Trump is restoring credibility and true leadership on the world stage.”
The visit was to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States and the special bond the country shares with Britain.
Earlier this week, Charles received a standing ovation after giving an insightful speech to Congress about relations between countries, as well as the importance of NATO and the importance of the environment.
