Fraud unearthed in Rajasthan health scheme, doctor, lab operator arrested

The Special Operations Group (SOG) of the Rajasthan police has uncovered a massive fraud in the Government of Rajasthan Health Scheme (RGHS); where a doctor and a private laboratory operator allegedly colluded to inflict heavy losses worth millions of rupees to the State exchequer through false medical claims.
SOG arrested both persons in connection with the incident. Additional Director General of Police (SOG) Vishal Bansal here said that the two accused and some others had committed misdeeds, which had seriously affected RGHS, its flagship scheme providing cashless medical treatment to government employees and pensioners.
