Free poor’s land from encroachment, take strict legal action against land mafias, says U.P. CM

On Monday, August 18, 2025, Uttar Pradesh prime minister Yogi Adityanath instructed the authorities to save the land from the rape and to take strict legal action against the black mafia.
Speaking at a public hearing in Gorakhpur, Mr. Adityanath, if the land of the poor was raped, he stressed that the responsible should be emptied immediately and those responsible should face legal consequences.

“Prime Minister Yogi Adityyanath met with approximately 200 people from different regions during the Janata Darshan at the Gorakhnath Temple Temple Complex and heard their concerns patiently. CM Yogi said that the officers will act closely against their black closure.” “No strong man will not be allowed to occupy the land illegally or exploit the weak. Such elements should not be saved,” he added.
During the hearing, a woman complained to Mr. Adityanath that her territory was illegally invaded by a “strong man”. He immediately ordered the administration and the police to take action immediately and save the land from the rape and added that no influential person would be allowed to crush the poor.
Mr. Adityanath also enabled income and police -related issues to be solved with full transparency, justice and sensitivity, so that each victim’s justice is receiving justice.
