Fugitive using disguises while on the run for murder charge

Investigators are now offering $16,000 for information leading to his arrest isabelle johnsonHe is a suspected killer who authorities say uses multiple disguises and identities.

Johnson, 38, is accused of murdering 43-year-old Jason Christopher Coulthart.

Coulthart was found dead in a shallow grave in Florida last month after she went missing in May, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say Johnson used multiple identities to evade authorities, calling him a “master manipulator.”

“These are the faces of a woman wanted for murder. Look closely. She disguises herself well. She is cunning. She is a master manipulator,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.

The sheriff’s office said Johnson “may have changed his appearance to avoid capture.”

Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers and the Florida Sheriff’s Association are offering $11,000 for information leading to his arrest. The U.S. Marshals Task Force is also offering $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.

Coulthart was reported missing May 24 after she was last seen leaving the College Condominiums complex in Florida, according to the sheriff’s office.

Unidentified remains were found on June 25 at a property in Freeport, Florida, after investigators determined where Coulthart’s body was buried, according to the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office said a DNA match confirmed earlier this month that the remains belonged to Coulthart.

The sheriff’s office said five people were arrested and charged in connection with the murder, including two men accused of helping Johnson evade investigators.

Johnson is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Earlier this month, investigators warned that Johnson may be using multiple identities and is known to use a variety of aliases, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Dowdy and others, according to the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office said Johnson is considered dangerous and the public is warned not to approach him if spotted.

Anyone with information on Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Walton County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 892-8111. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at 850‑863‑TIPS (8477). A cash reward may be offered for information leading to his location and arrest.
