Gang dubbed ‘three musketeers’ stabbed man to death, court hears
One court chased a man walking his dog before stabbing in a street, three men who called them three musketeers.
CCTV images played to the jury members in Chelmsford Crown Court were chased by three men in the Great Baddow near Chelmsford in Essex last year with the bullet of his pet.
The chase shown in the images started on 15 October at 12.24.
Mr. Shepherd was lying on the ground at 12.30 by a cleaner working in a nearby block and looking for 999.
Mr. Shepherd died at 13:00 at the scene at Meadgate Boulevard.
20 -year -old Joseph Dawe, Great Baddow, 20, Stafford Green, Langdon Hills, Basildon and 20 -year -old Harrison Carpenter, Springfield, murder denying and trial.
Tracy Ayling KC said that Mr. Shepherd was openly caught by three men and was found dead soon, stabbed with a knife twice in the back ”.
He said that the knife was “big ve and that the force used was 13 to 15 centimeters of the wound depth, passing through the left lungs and çıkmış coming out of your heart”.
Ms. Ayling said that the prosecution case was “jointly responsible ın of the three defendants.
“One person may have given fatal coups, but the trial of prosecution is jointly responsible for acting together in a joint attack,” he said.
“You will hear that the defendants call them three musketeers.”
The cleaner Holly Duffett looking for 999, he said that three men ran across the street and put a knife on the belt of the man’s trousers in the middle.

CCTV images were played shortly before stabbing and Carpenter’s grandmother was played from three men in a journalism at 12.21 from 13:10 onwards.
In a statement read by the prosecutor, Carpenter’s girlfriend Olivia Mcelvaney said that on October 15 with Carpenter in Chelmsford.
He said that when Carpenter got a telephone conversation, the couple was sitting on a bench and that Dawe, a passenger in the vehicle, met with them.

He said Carpenter thought he had blood at the jeans and thought that a sheath knife passes behind the car.
Between the defendants, there was also the need to burn clothes, Ms Mrs. Ayling said.
Ms. Ayling said that men entered some forests in stock and then bought an elevator in a caravan in Clacton at sea.
He said that Carpenter had joined a police station and surrendered himself on October 16 and O’keeff and Dawe was “not until October 18”.
The prosecutor said that Ms. Mcelvaney went to the caravan in Clacton and then made a statement to the police about what was told there.
Ms. Mcelvaney was asked to the police: mi Did they say that they were those who were there when Kieran was stabbed and the group was responsible? ”
Mrs. Ayling, “The answer was yes.” He said.
“He said that Joe and Harrison had a fight with Kieran, but Zack O’keeffe stabbed him twice.”
Mcelaney, according to the prosecutor O’keeffe’nin “should be done”, he said.
“According to Olivia, he said that it should be done, he (Mr. Shepherd) had once pulled a 14 -year -old knife in the past,” he said.
“Zack O’keeffe said that the police did their job for them while she stabbed Mr. Shepherd.”
