Girl was snatched off street by man who sexually assaulted her at home – before five-year-old’s mother heard cries, court hears

A man kidnapped a five -year -old girl playing on the street and heard a court heard.

32 -year -old Mohammed Abdlaziq is accused of kidnapping the child and locking it in his home in Winson Green on March 30 this year.

Sudan citizens, both of them are accused of sexual harassment to the girl after being found up to the ankles in the lower half of their clothes.

Abdulraziq is standing in Birmingham Crown Court, whose rejects the charges Fake imprisonment for false prison, sexual crime, sexual assault and attack.

The jury members were told that his mother turned his back and took him into his house.

When the mother noticed the ones, she began to hit the door and even tried to smash the window of the lower room with a piece of wood.

Abdulraziq is allegedly punching a neighbor trying to climb the window before entering the house and saving the girl.

The court was arrested by the defendant’s police shortly after, and heard the young man that his mother told his mother that he had been ‘harm me’.

Prosecutor Tariq Shakoor said that Abdulraziq Abdulraziq approached the child’s mother in the early hours of the day when Abdulraziq Abdulraziq commented on him with his ‘sexual association’.

However, before returning into his house, the mother did not fully understand what he said when speaking in a different language.

The mother tried the front door, but she noticed that she was locked, and she started hitting the door before identifying Abdulraziq with her child, Shakoor said Shakoor.

Mr. Shakoor said that his mother’s friend tried to climb the window and finally could open the curtains.

‘The defendant’s lower clothes fell into his ankles and leaning towards the defendant child at this stage, touching his shorts and trying to pull them up.’

Abdulraziq then punched the woman ‘and closed the window and caused him to return to the street.

According to the jury members, the ongoing turmoil warned two men who could open Abdulraziq and save the child.

“He said to his mother many times,” He hurts me, “he pulled his clothes down and” hurt me “,” Mr. Shakoor added.

Abdulraziq was arrested by the police that day.
