Glamorous JP Morgan exec accused of turning married male broker into her office sex slave: Claims of viagra spiking and litany of obscene forced acts that made him cry

A JPMorgan executive allegedly used his power to sexually harass and abuse a young male employee, drugging him, subjecting him to racial abuse and threatening his career when he refused to approach her, according to a lawsuit.

Lorna Hajdini, 37, a managing director in JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, is accused of forcing a married banker into “non-consensual and degrading sex acts” for months despite her pleas to stop.

Her accuser alleges that he admitted to giving her a ‘rape drug’ on multiple occasions and that during one encounter, he berated her as she cried while he performed a sex act on her against her will.

The complaint was filed Monday in New York County Supreme Court by an anonymous plaintiff as John Doe, who claims he chose to withhold his name to protect himself and his family after receiving threats.

The lawsuit also accuses JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) of enabling the alleged misconduct upon the banker’s tip and retaliating against the banker; He claims the firm placed him on involuntary leave, damaged his reputation and allowed threats against him to continue while Hajdini and others went unpunished.

Neither Hajdini nor JPMC has yet responded to the lawsuit. The Daily Mail has reached out to both parties for comment.

A spokesperson for JPMC said an extensive internal investigation found no evidence to support Doe’s accusations. “After an investigation, we do not believe these allegations have merit,” the representative said. ‘While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and refused to provide facts that would be central to supporting her allegations.’

According to Doe’s complaint, allegations of harassment against Hajdini began soon after the two began working together in the spring of 2024.

Lorna Hajdini, 37, a managing director in JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, has not yet publicly responded to the lawsuit.

Doe, who is Asian, joined as Senior Vice President/Director in March, and Hajdini was appointed to the team in a senior role the following month.

In early May 2024, Doe alleges Hajdini dropped her pen on the floor next to her desk, and as she bent down to pick it up, he rubbed her leg and squeezed her calf.

He claims he then said: ‘Oh, you played basketball in college? … I love basketball players… they make me so wet.’

From that point on, Doe claims, the advances became more pronounced and frequent.

Later that May, Doe said in her complaint that Hajdini invited her out for drinks but she refused. In response, he is alleged to have said: ‘If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to destroy you… never forget, I own you.’

Doe claims that on two occasions Hajdini propositioned her for oral sex in the office and once asked: ‘Is it the brown boy’s birthday BJ?’ ‘My little brown boy.’

While Doe claimed she continued to resist his advances, Hajdini allegedly threatened professional retribution, saying she had to start “pleasing” him if she wanted to be promoted to managing director, according to the lawsuit.

Doe alleges that during a business social event at a private members club, he told her, “You’re going to have to earn this, my little Arab pushover.” During the same incident, he claimed the woman repeatedly groped his crotch under the table and spit on his hands, moving them towards her neck and head.

Eventually, Doe claimed the alleged harassment escalated into sexual assault. The complaint names two witnesses who corroborated his statement.

Doe alleges that Hajdini used escalating threats and racist abuse to coerce her into performing sexual acts.

He also alleged that Hajdini admitted to giving him date-rape drugs and other drugs without his knowledge to incapacitate him and facilitate sexual activity before some encounters, according to the complaint.

Doe also alleged that Hajdini used his administrator status to track her “every move” by gaining unauthorized access to her bank account.

Hajdini's accuser alleges in her complaint that Hajdini admitted to drugging her without her knowledge on multiple occasions and once scolded her for crying while performing oral sex on him.

Hajdini’s accuser alleges in her complaint that Hajdini admitted to drugging her without her knowledge on multiple occasions and once scolded her for crying while performing oral sex on him.

The lawsuit alleged that in the summer of 2024, Hajdini showed up at the apartment where Doe was staying, knowing she would be there.

Inside, Hajdini allegedly made a sexual proposition to Doe, but she refused, saying she was not interested.

‘Do you want to get promoted at the end of the year or not?’ Hajdini warned him, according to the lawsuit. ‘Do you want a future at JPMorgan? It’s that simple. ‘I don’t know why you’re struggling with this.’

Hajdini then allegedly took off her shirt, began fondling her breasts and made racial slurs towards Doe’s wife, saying: ‘I’m sure your little Asian, fish-headed wife doesn’t have these balls,’ he complains.

Doe claimed he then forcibly removed her pants and performed oral sex on her against her will. She continued to protest and began crying, according to the lawsuit.

Hajdini allegedly admonished him for crying and scolded him for not being able to achieve an erection.

‘Stop crying. Do you think anyone will believe you? You’re an idiot who thinks he’s hot but you can’t even work your ass off for me? ‘What the hell is this?’ He is alleged to have said.

He then ordered her to perform oral sex on him, ignoring his pleas to ‘don’t make me do this’.

‘He is afraid that Ms Hajdini will act on her threat to retaliate against him,’ [Doe]Embarrassed and humiliated, she complied with his demands, the lawsuit states.

Do claims he was attacked again later that month.

During the second encounter, Hajdini allegedly ordered her to suck her toes, pushed her to the floor and sat on her face, berating her when she could not maintain arousal.

Doe claims he told her, “I’m so uncomfortable, please Lorna, please, I’m begging you.” However, according to the complaint, the woman is alleged to have at least laughed before making a racist remark that her genitals “don’t taste like curry”.

In the following months, Doe alleged that Hajdini continued to subject her to overtly sexual advances and sexually assault her at work and in public.

He repeatedly reminded her that he “owned” her and controlled her promotion and bonus, which she took as a threat that he would withhold both if she refused, the complaint states.

The complaint alleges that during an encounter in late September 2024, Hajdini yelled at Doe that she wasn’t bringing in enough work to help him get promoted to General Manager and then threatened her again if she refused to have sex with him.

‘I own you! “I’ll make you pay for this… Do you think you’ll be in a good situation if I’m not with you?” he was alleged to have said. ‘You really think [management]…Do you want a brown Indian boy starring in Originations?…If you don’t distract me tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.’

Fearing retaliation, Doe claims he relented and submitted to another encounter.

Their first protest was overheard by a second witness who was staying in an adjoining room, according to the lawsuit.

The complaint was filed in New York County Supreme Court on Monday by a plaintiff who filed anonymously as John Doe.

Doe alleges that Hajdini later admitted to giving him Rohypnol, or ‘roofs,’ and a ‘pharmaceutical substance that induces erection’ to enable him to perform before forced encounters.

Allegedly afraid to report his conduct and concerned that JPMC would not properly investigate his allegations, Doe began seeking employment opportunities elsewhere in late 2024.

But in his complaint he alleges Hajdini and other senior managers conspired to derail his hopes with ‘aggressively negative’ references after learning of his plans to leave.

In May last year, Doe filed a written complaint with JPMC detailing what she described as discrimination and harassment based on race and gender and a pattern of ‘gross sexual abuse’.

He claimed that a week later the company began retaliating against him.

That included receiving anonymous threatening phone calls from people he believed were acting on behalf of Hajdini and others who tried to intimidate him into silence, according to the complaint.

One of the callers allegedly told him, ‘Wait until we get back to New York, Brown boy…’ ‘Better stay away, snitch.’

On June 9, Doe said she received a voicemail from someone claiming to be an executive at JPMC saying she wasn’t welcome because of her skin color, adding that “people don’t want you or people like you here.”

Another individual allegedly threatened to contact U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) about him and his family.

The lawsuit also accuses JPMorgan Chase of enabling the alleged misconduct and retaliating against the banker after he reported it.

In the complaint, Doe alleges the company took overt steps to retaliate against her as well.

A few days after submitting his report, he says, he was reprimanded, then removed from all company systems and placed on forced leave; He claims this decision was linked to HR’s complaints.

Meanwhile, he claims that Hajdini and the other executives he accuses have not faced a similar lawsuit.

JPMC denied Doe’s claims, saying the investigation found no evidence to support his claims. Hajdini still works at the company.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Doe’s lawyer, Daniel J Kaiser, said his client’s allegations were appalling and disturbing.

Kaiser said Doe was left personally and professionally devastated by the treatment she allegedly received.

He claims his client was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and continues to struggle financially due to the damage to his reputation and his inability to find another job.

Doe is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress and loss of reputation, as well as punitive damages and changes to the bank’s practices, according to the complaint.
