Goldie Hawn, 80, reveals why she has stayed with Kurt Russell for over 40 years after she said she’s ‘very sexually attracted to him’
Goldie Hawn has been in a relationship with Kurt Russell for over 40 years.
And now the Oscar-winning actress has spoken People It’s about what keeps their love alive, even though they’ve never been married.
Hawn and Russell’s extraordinary bond was put under the spotlight again this spring when Taylor Sheridan’s drama The Madison, in which he plays a man deeply in love with his wife (Michelle Pfeiffer), became a huge success this spring.
The Hollywood icon said she enjoyed the freedom brought by her romance with the actor, who starred in Escape From New York.
“When I say freedom, it means freedom, I don’t feel penned in,” the mother, whose daughter is Kate Hudson, began.

The popular duo first met on set in 1968. They were introduced in Walt Disney’s The One and Only, The Original Family Tape, but it took 15 years for them to begin a romantic relationship during the production of the 1983 film Swing Shift.
Three years ago, Hawn divorced Bill Hudson, with whom she has two children, Kate and Oliver; Around the same time, Russell was married and divorced from actress Season Hubley.
Soon after, Russell became stepfather to Kate and Oliver, while Goldie became stepmother to her son from Season in Boston. Together they have their own son named Wyatt, who was born in 1986.
