Popular Korean Men’s group confirmed the return of BTS. Variety will come back in the spring of 2026 with new music and world tour. According to Outlet, the group has been a break for two years due to solo initiatives and military service obligations. The 30-minute Weverse live stream of Tuesday pointed out that all of the seven members have released together since September 2022 for time.

“We will release a new BTS album in the spring of next year.” He said. According to Variety, “Starting from July, seven of us will start working together on new music. Since there will be a group of albums, each member will reflect the thoughts and ideas of each member. When we first start the album, we approach with the same mentality we have.”

BTS will start to record new music in the US next month and will start planning a big world tour. “We are also planning a world tour next to the new album. We will visit fans around the world, so we hope you are as excited as we are.” He said.

The last round of the band BTS: The permission to dance on the stage ended almost four years ago and drew more than 4 million participants.
A report in Korean Herald claimed that the group would return in March 2026 two weeks ago, as quoted by Variety, but BTS did not name it for a certain month during the live stream.

BTS’s latest album as a group was evidence of 2022. Since then, all members Jungkook’s 2023 album Golden; V’s 2023 album Layover; Jimin’s two albums, the face of 2023 and Muse of 2024; Suga’s 2023 album D-DAY; Jin’s two EPS, Happy (2024) and Echo (2025); J-Hope’s 2022 album Jack In The Box; and RM’s two albums Indigo (2022) and the right place, the wrong person (2024).
