Assam Congress files police case against BJP over ‘AI videos’

Guwahati: Assam Congress complained to BJP against BJP for alleged videos created by AI on social media platforms. Congress claimed that videos aim at Gaurav Gogoi and Muslim community, President of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee.
The complaint was opened at the Dispur police station. Bedabratata Bora, the spokesman of the party, said that the videos created by AI aim to divide Assam as a joint. This came in front of the Bodoland Regional Council (BTC) surveys planned on 22 September.
The Congress urged the police to impose the relevant parts of Bharatia Nyay Sanhita, including the police 109 (Abetment), 196 (encouraging hostility among different groups), 197 (prejudices to national integration) and 299 (museum and malicious actions) and religious feelings).
