Grizzly bear charges past trail camera, revealing massive claws
Yukon Wildlife Cameras shared footage on Wednesday showing a black bear scratching its back against a tree with its scent, but five days later a grizzly bear claimed the tree in the same manner.

The dorsal scratches are impressive because they reveal the true size of a bear, and the Yukon Wildlife Cam’s images are reminiscent of perhaps the most striking scent-marking images to date, captured in August 2021.

The footage shows a massive grizzly bear savagely charging towards the camera in slow motion, its head bobbing and massive claws displayed as it enjoys a scratch.
It also gives a glimpse of what a charging grizzly bear might look like, inspiring one of the top comments: “Can you imagine standing where the rear camera is?”
