Noel, who has long been overshadowed by his late half-brother Ratan Tata, is slowly assembling his team at Tata Trusts. In November, Noel’s son Neville Tata and his trusted confidant Bhaskar Bhat joined the Sir Dorab Tata Foundation. This was also marked by the departure of several leaders: in October, businessman Mehli Mistry and then former Citibank CEO Pramit Jhaveri completed their tenures at parent Tata Trust in February.
