HEB confirmed the death of a warehouse worker on Saturday, April 4, a few days after a workplace accident. The employee was treated on-site, chose to go to the clinic and was released the same day with limited restrictions, the company said. HEB said it was informed of the employee’s death on the evening of Wednesday, April 8, and as of Tuesday, April 14, there was no confirmation as to what led to his death.
