Australia
The Kyle and Jackie O theory of international law

For almost three decades, Australia’s most successful breakfast radio show had operated by a set of rules that everyone treated as if they were real. There were standards. There were regulations. There was a communications monitor whose job it was to ensure basic courtesy. There were advertisers who claimed to value brand safety and corporate responsibility. There were managers who insisted that the station take the complaints seriously.
And then there was Kyle Sandilands.
Over the years Sandilands has managed to say almost every terrible thing there is to say on commercial radio.
