Jeffries then began answering the question by going into a lengthy explanation of the growing distrust of institutions across the country.
“I think we live in an age right now where the American people are understandably frustrated with institutions because so many people in this country are struggling to get by paycheck to paycheck,” he said.
“They’re not thriving and they’re barely surviving. So there’s frustration in Congress, too.
