Hanoi flooded again as storm season brings more rain to Vietnam’s north
The compulsory rains triggered by Hanoi (Reuters) -typhoon Matmo left Hanoi’s parts under water on Tuesday, and the last of the Vietnam capital was sweeping along the northern regions of the country.

Many families had finished cleaning mud and debris from Bualoi before bringing Matmo another heavy rain wave.
On Tuesday morning, the Air Agency predicted rain and storm in Hanoi, warned the potential floods in low areas and said that the storm system is expected to hit the country up to three before the end of 2025.
