Harry and Meghan suffer humiliating blow after ‘ticking time bomb’ | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been busy in recent weeks, including a joint tour of Australia, a trip to Switzerland where the Duchess of Sussex gave an emotional speech, and the couple’s production company Archewell developing a feature film for Netflix based on Major Adam Jowett’s book No Way Out.

TalkTV presenter Kevin O’Sullivan referred to a “ticking time bomb”, suggesting the couple’s decision to continue working was largely driven by their desire to maintain their Californian lifestyle. The Sussexes became financially independent when they resigned as working royals in 2020. They founded their own production company, Archewell, and signed lucrative deals with streaming platforms including Netflix.

The screen presenter made a bombshell move and made a new claim; It is rumored that the Duchess of Sussex, who has been keeping notes for years since her royal departure, may publish a memoir similar to Harry’s Spare book.

Commentators Samara Gill and Ash Gould also joined the show on Saturday and touched on the Sussex team’s plans to “cash in”.

Kevin commented: “Watch out for this area… isn’t it a ticking time bomb?”

“Meghan is in a position to make money for her family,” Samara said.

He suggested Harry was “writing little things” while Meghan continued to make money through her Netflix shows and the launch of As Ever.

“Harry acts like his life of service is what’s important to him,” Samara said, adding that this could create friction. He claimed Meghan could “throw Harry under the bus” if it meant “getting a book deal”.

There is no confirmation that a memoir is in the works.

Meanwhile, the couple celebrated their eighth anniversary on Tuesday. Meghan shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the couple’s big day and evening celebrations.

“Eight years ago today…” the 44-year-old duchess wrote on Instagram, along with a sunshine emoji.

The images were accompanied by the music of Paula Abdul’s song Forever Your Girl.
