Six-month-old girl found murdered near Angamaly in Kerala

A six-month-old girl was reportedly killed with her throat slit at Karippala in Karukutty near Angamaly in Kerala on Wednesday.

The incident took place at the child’s mother’s house.

According to the information obtained, the baby was left in the care of his grandmother because the mother was busy in the kitchen. The child was later discovered to have been fatally injured. Although the baby was taken to a private hospital in Angamaly, he could not be saved.

Ernakulam Rural Police has launched an investigation into the incident.
