Demi Moore went viral after her dramatic transformation for Milan Fashion Week.
The 63-year-old actress was photographed looking almost unrecognizable at the Gucci FW26 Fashion Show held at Palazzo delle Scintille on February 27.
Moore showed off a blunt bob with a wet-looking style. This was a striking change from her signature long black hair. She paired the all-black leather look with chunky, oversized sunglasses. Moore attended the fashion show in pointed black high-heeled shoes.

Moore’s Chihuahua, Pilaf, had one of the best seats of the night and sat on her lap throughout the show. Stars such as Kate Moss, Emily Ratajkowski and Karlie Kloss took part in the catwalk of Gucci’s Autumn/Winter 2026 fashion show. Models Alex Consani, Amelia Gray and Elsa Hosk also walked.
“The Substance” star’s stylist, Brad Goreski, uploaded a video of Moore just before she headed to the Gucci show. She noted Moore from head to toe and revealed that her entire outfit was Gucci.

Moore previously debuted a new hair look for Gucci in October and cut off her bangs. “It explodes – every now and then. Thank you @gucci “For letting me bring back the fringes for the first time since the striptease days!” she wrote, along with a photo from when she filmed the iconic 1996 movie.

Her biggest hair transformation, which gave her a new perspective on beauty, was when she shaved her head for her role in the movie “GI Jane” in 1997. Moore said the look “was probably the most enlightening experience and deepened my appreciation for my hair.”
Moore said she will always go back to her signature long hair, no matter what.
“It’s the most like me. Being able to change my look with wigs and pieces feeds my need for change, but at the end of the day, I love letting my hair down, seeing it fall down to my waist. It’s like I’m coming home,” she told People.
