ICE walks back rapid deportation of longtime immigrant without court hearing

Perhaps this slowed down the government’s accelerated lifting efforts, or maybe the government is waiting for another test case that non -citizens lack legal representation.”
The e -mails, which were reviewed by The Times, have shown that Co Tupul’s lawyer has long provided extensive evidence of his residence. The lawyer, the immigration officials, said that his client would still remain in accelerated lifting.
