Health Minister Orders Upgrade of Osmania Hospital
Haydarabad: On Tuesday, the Minister of Health Damodar Rajanarsimha directed officials to prepare proposals to modernize government training hospitals under Osmania Medical College (OMC). Osmania said that the College of Medicine has a unique distinction by any other institution in the country and that it is under the ten -attached hospital wing.
OMC, Osmania General Hospital, Niloufer Hospital, Sarojini Devi Eye Hospital, Mnj Cancer Hospital, TB and Chest Hospital, Mental Health Institute, Sultan Bazaar Ham Hospital, Petlaburj Satisfed more than 5,000 beds together and serve the Lakh of the patients in TaLangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
