Hollywood monster who raped and murdered two models is jailed until the year 2171

Disgraced Hollywood producer David Pearce will remain behind bars until 2171 after he raped and murdered two models, a judge has ruled.

Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26, of Alabama, and her model friend Christy Giles, 24, were threatened with deadly cocktail drugs by Pearce at his home in Beverly Hills on Nov. 13, 2021, after meeting at a warehouse party a few hours earlier.

The girls were then callously thrown out of different Los Angeles hospitals by Pearce and left for dead by two masked men.

Pearce, 42, was found guilty of murdering two women in February and a string of brutal sexual abuse and rape of seven Jane Does he targeted between 2007 and 2021, before coming forward to share his horrific experiences.

On Wednesday, a judge sentenced him to 146 years behind bars for these heinous crimes.

Cabrales-Arzola, a Mexican native who was called a ‘great dreamer’, was resuscitated by hospital staff but a lack of oxygen caused his brain to die.

His mother and sister came from abroad and came to his bedside, and he remained in a coma for about two weeks.

He died on November 24, just five days shy of his 27th birthday. Giles was already dead when he was dropped off at the hospital.

During the trial it was revealed that Pearce had told a friend that ‘dead girls can’t talk’. Prosecutors said Pearce said he wanted the girls dead and that’s why they couldn’t report him to the police.

He allegedly recruited fellow actor Brandt Osborn, 42, to help him get rid of the bodies.

However, the jury could not reach a decision on whether Osborn, who declared his innocence, should be convicted of two counts of accessory after the fact.

The jury heard that the two men dumped the women’s bodies outside two different hospitals and waited for 11 hours before fleeing.

While doctors tried in vain to resuscitate the women, the two men dined at El Pollo Loco.

Cabrales-Arzola’s sister Fernanda Cabrales-Arzola, 28, previously told the Daily Mail that Pearce should have been behind bars ‘years ago’.

Los Angeles Times He reported that the LAPD filed rape allegations against Pearce at least three times between 2007 and 2020, each of which bore twisted similarities to the murder case.

‘The criminal justice system has failed. “First the women who came forward, then those who followed and finally my sister and Christy,” he told the Daily Mail.

‘They paid the highest possible price for a failure that should never have happened. If the system had acted when it should have, he would never have crossed paths with them.’

But he is relieved that Pearce is finally behind bars for his role in his sister’s horrific death.

“We are relieved to finally accept that what we have known for all these years was not an accident,” Fernanda said.

‘They were killed and we knew that from day one.

‘We’re happy that it’s finally happened and the jury has seen it and now Pearce will be locked up forever.’

But the family was shocked when the jury stuck with the verdict against Osborn.

The two women were knocked out and barely conscious, but the NCIS actor — like Pearce — failed to call 911 and waited hours to take them to the hospital.

Cabrales-Arzola’s mother, Hilda Marcela Arzola-Plascencia, 51, told Osborn’s Daily Mail: “For us, this is not justice at all because he could have helped her.”

‘Those two hours it took were vital to my daughter’s life because when she got to hospital they resuscitated her, which means she’s still fighting for her life.

‘That’s why we think this is not justice. ‘If he (Osborn) had done things differently it would have meant the difference between life and death.’

This is breaking news. Updates to follow.
