How much will E10, unleaded and diesel petrol cost in your city?
Updated ,first published
Australians continue to grapple with rising fuel prices over the Easter holiday period as conflicts in the Middle East damage global oil markets.
Drivers are feeling the pain at the gas pump despite the federal government’s decision to halve the fuel tax and cut it to 26.3 cents per liter of fuel. That savings will now be up to 32 cents, thanks to the GST deal states signed on Thursday.
We’ve created this fuel price calculator that’s updated daily with the latest data available.
It covers major Australian metropolitan areas and can be calibrated to display E10, Unleaded 91 and Diesel prices. It also gives an indicative price for different vehicle types and tank sizes, providing a daily snapshot of how well this fuel can fill you up on your next trip to the servo.
This calculator is not intended to provide an exact amount; It is based on citywide averages and does not track individual service stations in your area. For this information and prices of other fuel types such as P95 and P98, please refer to the resources below.
