Hunt for mystery EuroMillions winner on the Isle of Man

The search is on to find a lucky ticket holder sitting on the “truly life-changing” EuroMillions prize of £125,271.

The winning ticket was purchased in the Isle of Man for the draw on Tuesday 31 March 2026. It matched the five main numbers in the draw and one Lucky Star, meaning the mystery owner was entitled to a six-figure sum.

Andy Carter, Allwyn’s senior winning advisor National Lottery‘s operator urged the island’s 84,000 residents to check and recheck their lottery tickets for winning numbers.

“We appeal to the people of the Isle of Man; someone on the island, or perhaps a visitor in late March, has achieved an incredible victory and they don’t even know it,” he said.

“A six-figure income is truly life-changing – imagine having an extra £125k in your bank account.”

The winning numbers to pay attention to in the March 31 draw are 5, 8, 10, 22 and 38, and the Lucky Star numbers are 2 and 7.

Mr Carter added: “Check your tickets. Tell your friends, ask your family – we want to connect our lucky winners with their incredible prizes.”

One lucky player stepped forward to claim the third-biggest National Lottery prize in UK history (£181 million) last month, giving them a fortune to rival the likes of Adele. Although the latest win in the Isle of Man is relatively unlikely, it could still make a big difference in the life of the elusive winner.

As with all National Lottery draws, the mystery winner has 180 days to come forward and claim their prize; in this case, this period is until September 27, 2026.

If the prize is left unclaimed, the proceeds and interest will be donated to good causes funded by the National Lottery across the UK, including health, education, sport, arts and charities.

Since its inception in 1994, the National Lottery has awarded more than £102bn of prize money and raised more than £53bn for good causes across all postcode areas in the UK.

The introduction of a UK version of the popular US draw Powerball is expected to increase funding for good causes by around £1bn.

Allwyn also announced the biggest overhaul of the National Lottery since its inception; A huge summer jackpot is expected to more than double the number of Lotto millionaires.

Players can check their tickets via the National Lottery application or websiteYou can also scan retail tickets through the app. Alternatively, you can contact the National Lottery line on 0333 234 5050 or email help@national-lottery.co.uk.
