POLL: Would you like to see Harry and Meghan in the UK for Christmas? | Royal | News

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will spend another Christmas in the USA with their children; This will be his sixth consecutive year away from the Royal Family. The couple, who has been living in California since 2020, celebrated the festive season away from England by traveling to Canada for a special holiday with their newborn son Prince Archie in 2019.
Since the birth of their daughter Princess Lilibet in 2021, the family has been spending Christmas at their mansion in Montecito. The last Christmas Meghan and Harry spent in the UK was after their wedding in 2018. Six-year-old Archie and four-year-old Lilibet never spent the Christmas period with their royal relatives at Sandringham Manor in Norfolk.
It remains unclear whether King Charles and Queen Camilla have extended an invitation to Harry and Meghan to spend this Christmas at Sandringham; but this seems unlikely.
The idea that the Sussexes are being asked to join the royal family this Christmas is “weak”, a source recently told US Weekly.
Royal expert Richard Palmer recently told the Express that the King would likely contact his youngest son to arrange a video call.
He said: “A Skype call is probably the more realistic option. It’s too early for Harry and Meghan to attend an event like a royal Christmas when there’s so much to sort out.”
While Harry, Meghan, Archie and Lilibet likely won’t be at Sandringham next week, the King and Queen will be joined by several other family members to celebrate the festive season.
Zara Tindall previously confirmed her family, including husband Mike Tindall and their three children, will be in Sandringham for Christmas.
The Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children, as well as Princess Anne and her husband Sir Timothy Laurence, will attend the festivities in Norfolk.
