HYDRAA steps in to address calls on dust pollution caused by mining, crushers, RMC plants

City residents who suffer from pollution caused by mining activities, stone crushing units and ready-mixed concrete plants in their area can now express their complaints via the WhatsApp hotline.

Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has asked people to contact 9000113667 for complaints regarding dust pollution caused by such units.

Information about RMC units and crushers located within a one-kilometer range of the Outer Ring Road can be provided via the hotline by sharing photographs of operations and locations.
