The report of the Indian accident inspectors did not tell you how to cut keys during the flight.
Chan: “From reading the findings …”
Buckinghamshire New University of New University Marco Chan and a senior lecturer, said he believes that there was a chip failure rather than a human error that caused an accident.
It points to a previously published service bulletin than the engine manufacturer, which recommends the maintenance of a defective chip to prevent loss of signal.

“I believe that Faa has published a Service Bulletin – with General Electric, General Electric, with the engine manufacturer, so I believe there is about 11,000 cycles, if they will replace the chip. And if the care is not changed correctly, it can lead to loss of signal. Once you have signal loss, there is no fuel, then no fuel.
Chan says it would be a difficulty for pilots to accidentally move the switches into the cutting position.
“You shouldn’t take a physically a species – you shouldn’t take the pin – but if you need to pull out the passage, then it may move to a different position. So, you have to do it on purpose not to get wrong.
