Tommy Lee Jones breaks silence on daughter Victoria’s death at 34 as devastated family releases statement
Tommy Lee Jones and his family broke their silence after his daughter Victoria was found dead in a hotel on New Year’s morning, aged 34.
Paramedics rushed to the luxury Fairmont San Francisco just before 3 a.m. on Jan. 1 to respond to a report of a suspected overdose in a victim suffering from a ‘discoloration,’ according to 911 audio recordings obtained by the Daily Mail.
Although emergency personnel attempted to resuscitate Victoria, she was pronounced dead at the scene and was later handed over to police for investigation.
A law enforcement source told the Daily Mail that there were no signs of foul play, such as trauma, on Victoria’s body and police did not find drug paraphernalia at the scene.
On Friday, a day after Victoria’s body was found, her shattered family released the following statement: ‘We appreciate all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. via ‘Thank you’ TMZ.

On Friday, it was revealed that the former child actor was arrested twice last year, and the Daily Mail had obtained a mug shot taken this June that appeared to show a bruise under one eye.
Victoria’s first arrest occurred in April, when Napa Valley police officers were called to conduct a welfare check and ultimately charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
He was then arrested again in June for a domestic violence incident at the Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa, where rooms cost at least $500 per night.
Although no further information about this case has emerged, the Daily Mail has seen separate case files that show Victoria is also accused of elder abuse.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him and is scheduled to appear in court for a settlement hearing later this month.
But according to a law enforcement source, Victoria was found dead on the 14th floor of the Fairmont San Francisco on New Year’s Day; The first discovery was made when a hotel guest went downstairs and saw him lying on the floor.
Allegedly, the guest warned the hotel staff, thinking he might be drunk. When the hotel staff saw that he was unresponsive, they started performing heart massage and called the paramedics and declared him dead.
According to information obtained from Daily Mail, it is not yet known whether Victoria is a guest at the hotel or how she got to the 14th floor.
Daily Mail obtained chilling 911 audio from Broadcastify; this audio indicated Victoria had been called ‘overdose, code 3 for discoloration’; code 3 signified an emergency requiring immediate response with sirens and flashing lights.
