IAS officer Beela Venkatesan no more

His senior IAS officer Beela Venkatesan passed away on Wednesday at his home in Chennai. He was 55 years old and survived by two girls.

A family member was a long leave and he had been receiving treatment for the disease for the last three months. He was the secretary of the Energy Department.
