Election Commission of India delists 334 registered unrecognised political parties

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the Indian Election Commission said that since 2019, he has also examined 334 unrecognized political partys that could not fulfill the basic condition of objecting to a single election for six years.
The offices of these parties may not be physically anywhere.
The survey panel said that this 334 unrecognized unrecognized political party is one of different states and union regions throughout the country.
A total of 2,854 unrecognized political party, 2,520 after the cleaning exercise remained.
There are currently six national parties and 67 state parties.
