More than 50,000 teachers in Queensland have entered the biggest action of its species in 16 years.
The mainstream media framed this as a fight against wages. But the teachers we say that this is about something much deeper: Violence in classes is a system that cripples workloads and no longer cares about the people in it.
In this part of the Western report, we cut Spin. We talked with an existing Queensland public school teacher and former “John”, the former president of the positive behavior, who shared what really happens in schools.
