An illegal alien has been charged with killing four people after allegedly driving the wrong way on a highway while intoxicated and then crashing into another vehicle, Oklahoma authorities said Tuesday.
Michael Rosario-Cruz, 27, was released from the hospital and booked into Canadian Provincial Prison on a number of charges, including four counts of second-degree murder, two counts of driving under the influence causing great bodily injury, carrying an open container, possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Rosario-Cruz was driving westbound in the eastbound lane of Interstate 40 in Canadian County early Friday when she crashed head-on into another vehicle, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

4 people in the vehicle that caught fire died. Their ages ranged from 18 to 20, authorities said. The victims were identified as 20-year-old Kiercey Hickson, 19-year-old Quincy Jones, and 18-year-olds Haliegh Salazar and Brad Palmer.
“Being impaired driving is a reckless, life-altering decision,” the Highway Patrol said in a social media post announcing the charges. “The loss of these young lives will have a lasting impact on countless family members, friends and the community.”
A spokesperson for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol told Fox News Digital that Rosario-Cruz was the subject of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention request; This means ICE wants to be notified when he is released from custody so they can arrest him and begin deportation proceedings.

The four victims were remembered at a recent memorial service at El Reno High School, where three were recent graduates, News9 reported.
