Illegal immigrant deported last year came back on dinghy and was caught dealing | UK | News

An Albanian illegal immigrant, who was deported last year, managed to secretly enter England in a boat and dealt with medicines for the second time.
27 -year -old Valentin Ruci admitted that he had re -entered England in a boat after he was arrested and deported to Basildon Crown Court in 2024.
He claimed that he had to sell drugs to the smuggling gang to pay $ 4,000.
However, Judge Shane Collery KC rejected Rici’s allegations for being caught with drugs a year ago.
The judge ordered the deportation of the drug dealer for the second time and ordered to be donated to the cash aid organization.
Prosecutor Philippa Page announced that Roci was caught by the police when they seized a Ford Mondeo with a faulty brake light on March 21, Southend, Essex.
The Roci was behind the steering wheel, but it wasn’t insured driver.
Mrs. Page, Essex’deki organized crime gangs under the wrong names are known to have insured cars and said, “The defendant continued to touch the groin and the officer suspected that he could hide drugs.”
After calling Roi, the police discovered that there was a £ 1.195, eight winding cocaine and a marijuana winding.
After his arrest, he stayed as tight lips, and he refused to give all the police questions “no comments” and give the address or pin code to his phone.
Ms. Page added: “There is not much evidence in a drug showing where it is.”
Finally, he confessed to the accusations of contracting cocaine for supplying, possession of cannabis, having penalty property (cash), uninsured riding and unlicensed driving.
Ms. Page reported that the court was stuck to the court because Roi had drugs with drugs with the intention of supplying and illegal entry into the country.
As the authorities decided to deport him, a drug case was left.
The prosecutor added: “Apparently returned to the country and entered illegal.”
Def Defense Attorney Olivia Rawlings said: “Mr. Rici came here in a boat, and that produced £ 4,000 to people who brought him here.
He continued: “My instructions owed it to those who brought him to this country and then put him to work.”
But Judge Collery replied: “I was not convinced of it.
“He went out of the country once before and returned. He has a car and has £ 1.195.
“It sounds more like someone who does it for money, frankly.”
Mrs. Rawlings said Mr. Rici said it was only £ 200 to cut off the money he carried to him.
“He would hand over the rest. Which medicines would fall and where to fall.”
Judge Collery said he would punish Roi on the basis of playing an important role in the drug trafficking gang.
The judge said: “You have a remarkable and slightly extraordinary feature that you have been deported last year because they find you a drug owner.
“They chose to deport you by choosing you. This April – and clearly, you returned to England in months.
“This shows that it is a powerful economic reason that draws you back to the country.
He continued: “I do not accept that he came here and worked from a debt. There is no evidence to support it.”
If Roci had given the phone needle to the police, the judge said he could give less role messages by giving instructions on where to deliver him.
He condemned Ruci for 30 months in prison behind the railings and said he would be deported after being sentenced.
Judge Collery added: “I recommend you to be deported.
He continued: “You are in this country is not suitable for the benefit of the public.”
He ordered the donation of £ 1,195 from Roi to the Essex Community Foundation and that Roi would be kept by the police.
