After Dream11 exit, Shivam Dube reveals Team India’s new jersey for Asia Cup 2025; fans react

Following the release of the fantasy sport giant Dream11 as an official sponsor, the new Jersey appeared for the Indian Cricket Team 2025, especially in the front of the primary sponsor.
In a surprising but positive development, the Indian Cricket Team introduced a new Jersey for any sponsorship for the upcoming Asian Cup 2025. This decision follows the distinction between the Cricket Control Board (BCCI) in India and the former main sponsor Dream11 due to new government regulations on online games. As a result, the traditional blue kit now has a clean and timeless appearance.
The versatile Shivam Dube exhibited New Jersey’s pictures on social media, which fired a wave of response from the fans. Jersey shows “India” significantly on his chest and points out an important separation from heavy branded uniforms that fans are accustomed to fans. The lack of a sponsor for a non -ICC tournament is a first in the last memory, a direct result of early termination of Dream11 due to the new online game bill that breaks the business model.
Although the BCCI has launched a new bid for sponsorship rights, the timeline means that the team will play the whole Asian Cup campaign without a sponsor in front of Shirt. This was welcomed with widespread approval from the fan base, which expresses minimalist design preferences.
“Finally, the name of the country’s name in some fantasy game application is rather than a great, brave letters.”
Another admiration reiterated the feeling of nostalgia and said, “The jersey of a national team should appear like this. Not attention is not a distributor, not only the country’s name. It looks much better.”
However, all reactions were not positive, some fans criticized the general design. “Ugly as a whole,” he wrote a user, “Orange shadow is still noticeable. I hope the main form is different.”
Despite some mixed views on the design, the general consensus is that there is a refreshing change of the new, sponsored kit. The team will launch its clean appearance against the UAE in Dubai on September 10th.
