The comedian was already looking green to the gills when he arrived by helicopter before having to race the Toy Boy singer 150 meters above the ground.
Reports emerged that Sinitta was ‘shocked and upset’ as she broke her silence about her row with Gemma Collins.
According to reports, the former TOWIE star is said to have accused Sinitta of being a ‘rat’ on the I’m a Celebrity All Stars WhatsApp group and leaking stories about her.
The spin-off series will return to screens on April 6 with an all-star cast of past camp friends.
But ahead of the launch, tensions were already running high after Gemma, 45, reportedly accused Sinitta, 62, of betraying her by leaking stories to the press.
Now Sinitta responded to the accusation as she said. Sun: ‘I was accused of being a mouse selling WhatsApp stories… the only mice among us were the ones in the forest.
‘Gemma may be suffering from some hallucinogenic pain from the animals’ testicles.’
Elsewhere, the publication said a source close to Sinitta claimed Sinitta was ‘stunned and incredibly upset’ that the accusation was dismissed without evidence.

‘He set out to Gemma because he was on her side out of concern and other celebs were clearly aware of this unspoken tension,’ they said.
The source added that the row was said to have caused tension within the wider squad because they feared they would be accused of feeding stories from the chat.
The Daily Mail has contacted a representative for Sinitta for comment.
Gemma appeared on I’m A Celebrity in 2014. He famously left the show for just 72 hours.
