TThe first stage of Navi Mumbai International Airport, which is equipped with a terminal and a runway to 20 million passengers annually, will be opened by the Prime Minister on Wednesday, October 8th.
The project is being developed by Navi Mumbai International Airport, where Adani Group has 74% shares, and in many stages of the Maharashtra Government, 26% of the land development authority Soundco.
After the completion of all stages, Navi Mumbai International Airport will have four terminals with a capacity of 90 million passengers per year and 3.25 million metric tons of cargo capacity, which will be one of the largest aviation centers in Asia.
