On Friday, President Donald Trump ordered to enter into force on September 21 for H-1B visa applications, which are currently more than 60 times the amount collected.

Workers from India receive more than 70% of those organized, the most talented visas in the program.

It was reported that some US technology companies advised H-1B visa employees to stay in the USA or try to return immediately if they are out of the country. The White House then announced on Saturday that the fee will not be valid for existing visas or renewal applications.

On Saturday, the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the fee would have humanitarian consequences for “via disruption caused by families”.

The exchange of talented workers, “has contributed a lot to both countries,” he said: “Policy makers will evaluate the last steps, taking into account the mutual benefits that contain strong human-human relations between the two countries.”

The statement did not give information about any potential response from the Indian government.

According to Reuters, Amazon, Microsoft and JP Morgan were among the companies that advised employees with H-1B visa to stay in the USA.

Considering that the order did not say that the H-1B visa holders would be banned from re-entering to the country or that they would receive a new fee if they would go out of the country after Sunday, it was seen that the recommendations were cautious.
