Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love left the game Saturday night against Chicago after the Packers were knocked out after halftime after taking a hard hit in the second quarter.

The Bears would go on to win the game in overtime on DJ Moore’s 46-yard touchdown catch.

Love’s injury occurred in the second quarter during a helmet-to-helmet hit on a sack by Bears defensive lineman Austin Booker. Booker was flagged for roughing the passer.

Love fell to the ground after the game and could not stand up on his own.

The quarterback eventually ran off the field and into the blue injury tent on Green Bay’s sideline. He then walked towards the guest dressing room.

Malik Willis entered for Green Bay and led the Packers to a 22-yard field goal by Brandon McManus and a 6-0 lead.

Making things even more difficult for the Packers was that the sideline heaters were not working for most of the game, according to Fox Sports.

Willis gave the Packers a chance to win, completing nine of 11 passes for 121 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 44 yards.

The Packers appeared to have the game in hand late in the fourth quarter when they took a 16-6 lead with less than six minutes left in the game. A quick Bears field goal drive followed by a successful onside kick recovery and fourth down pass by Caleb Williams tied the game.

In overtime, the Packers got the ball on their first possession but failed to take fourth-and-short in Bears territory.

Then Williams uncorked a 46-yard game-winning bomb to Moore on the fourth overtime play.

With the win, the Bears solidified their position in first place in the NFC North and have a realistic shot at the NFC’s first seed with two games left in the season.
