Jantar Mantar protest LIVE: Hundreds order food for protesters; Wangchuk shifted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram
Outside the layers of barricades of the Cockroach Janta Party’s (CJP) Jantar Mantar protest site, at the intersection of Tolstoy Marg and Sansad Marg, 18-year-old Aayu Jacob stopped his blue motorcycle for the 20th time since Tuesday morning.
Every few minutes, a new delivery person would stop at the intersection to deliver food to the protest area, but not to anyone in particular.
The meal was being ordered by hundreds of people across the country, with Jantar Mantar positioned as the protest site and instructions to give the meal to the protesters. Food items ranged from pizzas, burgers, momos to thaalis.
