Inside Meghan’s £1.7K misery-fest where she moans about ”very hard’ life | Royal | News

Meghan Markle is said to have appeared on stage for just two hours on the first day of her Her Best Life podcast retreat in Sydney today. It was previously stated that the 44-year-old player was a speaker at the three-day event to be held until Sunday at the InterContinental on the Coogee coast.

The former royal staffer’s appearance saw her answer fans’ questions on stage as well as posing for photos with them. Fans are thought to have spent between £1.7k and £2k on tickets to see Meghan at the event; Meghan talked about her “very difficult” life here.

Describing her life since marrying Prince Harry in 2018, Meghan also praised her two children, six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet, for being an “inspiration”. Although Meghan described the royal wedding and the birth of her children as “wonderful moments”, she also stressed that she had “endured” constant attacks for a decade.

Although his attendance was unknown before the event, Harry did come out to support his wife, who spoke on stage. Harry, who is known to be one of the very few men in the room, was seen applauding Meghan when she came into the room.

People attending the event were informed of the “no recording policy during the call” and called it a “non-negotiable security requirement”.

Participants also paid an extra £265 [$500] for a “VIP experience” at the event, which included a photo with Meghan. Those attending the retreat had to spend an evening without Meghan, who was said to have left around 7pm.

They’ll spend the weekend relaxing at the hotel, where they can lounge by the pool, practice yoga, meditate, try “sound healing” and listen to inspiring guest speakers.
