Sarah Ferguson could be set to live in a £3.6 million mansion in Portugal, it was exclusively revealed tonight. The 66-year-old former duchess had been keeping a low profile in recent weeks after it was revealed that she had sent emails to late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, who was released from prison for child sex crimes in 2011.

It was revealed exclusively to Express.co.uk by Mike Parker in Los Angeles on Thursday that Sarah could be living in a luxury £3.6 million oceanfront villa in Portugal owned by youngest daughter Princess Eugenie and Eugenie’s businessman husband Jack Brooksbank.
Eugenie and her husband bought their luxury property at the Costa Terra Golf and Ocean Club resort in Melides, where she works, in May 2022 and have since split their time between the Portuguese pad and their Ivy Cottage home on the Kensington Palace grounds.
The Portuguese resort, located 82 miles south of Lisbon, is believed to be perfect for Sarah; It is described online as a “friendly, low-density community”, which keeps it away from the UK.
The resort offers a beach club and dining options, as well as a variety of activities including daily yoga, water sports, hiking and golf. There is also an equestrian center; This means Sarah can be as close to the horses as she was at Windsor.
Sarah would be in her comfort zone if she made the move, as Madonna and Oscar winner Alicia Vikander would be among other famous faces believed to have properties in the area.
A US-based source who is a regular visitor to the Costa Terra resort told Mike Parker: “This is the perfect place for Fergie to hide out while the Epstein affair continues to reverberate through Congress. She will be among family and friends and far away from the hostile atmosphere she faces in the UK.”
A wealthy neighbor living on the site also said: “It’s rumored here that Fergie will arrive in January. How long she’ll stay is anyone’s guess, but if it’s a long-term move I can guarantee she’ll fit in well with the social scene. Lots of celebrities and Hollywood stars are buying properties in the area.”
