Wimbledon 2025: British juniors Hannah Klugman, Mika Stojsavljevic and Mimi Xiu set for main-draw debuts

For the first time in the history of Wimbledon, the female single will be 17 years old and three British players.

Mika Stojsavljevic, Hannah Klugman and Mimi Xu have been awarded the main joker characters after showing their potential for the last few years.

16 -year -old Stojsavljevic won the title of US open girls last year and made the most important progress.

Last month, 16 -year -old Klugman became the first British in almost 50 years to reach the final of the French open girls.

The 17 -year -old XU defeated the top 100 opponents on the grass this year, just outside the 300st of the world.

Now, GCSE and A level exams the triple, Wimbledon focuses on the senior exits.

“We know that this is a good three balls on the girls’ side,” LTA said, “For a long time,” Iain Bates, BBC Sport, told BBC Sport. He said.

“All three on the top of the game are on different ways. However, their progress shows that they are a package player – the most positive sign is now.

“Winning and going forward in Junior Grand Slams is a great success, but it is even more important for your friends and peers to push them to the next stage.”
