IOB must have a vision for 2047 aligning with Indias growth aspirations, says official

Chennai, July 12 (PTI) Public Sector Indian Bank, 2047 should have a vision in compatible with the growth requests of India, the Secretary of the Department of Financial Services of the Ministry of Finance.
Authorized, the city -centered bank to continue to offer ‘innovation and integrity’ to the developing needs of its customers.
Nagaraju, which started some key banking services at an event on Friday evening in the presence of Ajay Kumar Srivastava, General Manager and CEO of the Bank, said that the promotion of WhatsApp -based banking services and will increase the customer service and general performance of the KYC (Know your customer) through banking reporters.
In a press release on Saturday, “The Bank should have a vision in line with the growth requests of India for 2047 to continue to meet the developing needs of its customers with innovation and integrity.” Other important initiatives initiated by Nagaraju were the QR -based real -time customer feedback system, which was watched as the center in the Customer Service Department of the Bank Center Office. It is an uninterrupted and accessible platform for customers to instantly share service experiences. The Bank said that senior officials have been in real time to provide a quick corrective action.
Positive feedback is also used to recognize and motivate employees providing exemplary services. WhatsApp -based banking services allows customers to control balances, obtain mini warnings and find their branches. This service is available in regional languages, thus encouraging financial inclusion between rural and non -English -speaking population. The Bank said that the Indian Bank continued to strengthen its digital footprint with its first customer approach and actively contributes to the vision of a digitally reinforced economic vision of the Indian Government.
