Exotic dancer demanded $250,000 from Jeffrey Epstein claiming she performed ‘various sex acts’ on disgraced financier and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, legal documents show

An exotic dancer demanded $250,000 from Jeffrey Epstein, claiming he performed ‘various sex acts’ on the disgraced financier and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, according to legal documents.

The unnamed woman said she was chauffeured to a party at Epstein’s Palm Beach home in 2006, where she danced for the men before being asked to have a “threesome” with her.

The shocking claim was revealed by the Mail in part of more than three million documents related to Epstein released by the US Department of Justice.

Friday’s big reveal sparked renewed scrutiny into Andrew’s shameful ties to Epstein; these connections had previously resulted in him being stripped of his titles.

In a letter dated March 23, 2011, the woman’s attorney alleged that the billionaire violated his verbal contract by not paying her the $10,000 he promised her to perform at a party at his Florida home.

According to the letter, she was described as a ‘popular dancer at Rachel’s Strip Club’ and was one of several women who allegedly offered money to attend.

His attorney, William K. Vogeler, wrote that his client observed other provocatively dressed young women during the party, some of whom appeared “as young as 14 years old.”

She stated that she was directed ‘to the upstairs bedroom’ and that Epstein introduced her to his then-guest, Prince Andrew.

The statement, which revived the former prince’s connections with Epstein, also includes images of Andrew kneeling over an unidentified woman.

‘My client then danced for the men and undressed until she was wearing only a bra and panties.

‘Mr. “Epstein and Prince Andrew then told my client they wanted to have a threesome,” he claimed.

He said he was hired for dancing, not for sex. Mr. Epstein then said they would pay her to dance and they persuaded her to participate in various sex acts.

‘After the men were satisfied, they invited my client to take a trip with them to the Virgin Islands,’ the lawyer said. ‘He rejected their invitation.’

The lawyer, with Southern California-based Gruenbeck and Vogeler, said his client was then chauffeured to the strip club but received only $2,000 of the promised $10,000.

There is no allegation of wrongdoing by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor regarding the exotic dancer mentioned in the emails.

Emails between Epstein’s former lawyers later described the request as ‘extortion’.

The woman’s lawyer said she delayed pursuing her claims until today because she was ‘not proud of the circumstances that night’.

It is unknown whether Epstein has resolved the claim, just weeks after the photo of the former Prince with his arm around Virginia Giuffre first surfaced in February 2011.

“She was working as an exotic dancer but was being treated like a prostitute,” Mr. Vogeler added.

He said his client wanted to remain anonymous for the purposes of the agreement but was prepared to pursue his request “in the public courts if necessary.”

Mr Vogeler argued that his claims amounted to ‘breach of an oral contract, quantum merit and various torts’.

He said the woman would agree to “keep her interactions confidential” with Epstein and then-Prince Andrew in exchange for a $250,000 payment, giving him just nine days to repay her debt.

This isn’t the first time Andrew has been linked to exotic dancers at one of Epstein’s parties.

Reports in 2019 revealed that a former lap dancer claimed the former prince buried his face in her chest at Epstein’s New York mansion in the 1990s.

The woman said that Epstein often recruited women who matched Andrew’s taste.

In a remarkable series of photos, Andrew is seen looking directly at the camera as he kneels on all fours over a woman whose face has been corrected.

Andrew faces fresh legal pressure after a second woman alleged that Epstein flew her to England for sex.

The woman, whose name was not disclosed, said she was later taken to Buckingham Palace for tea.

His US lawyer this week gave Andrew and the Royal Family an ultimatum to discuss the allegations or go to court.

The woman claims she was in her 20s when she spent a night with Andrew at his Royal Lodge home in 2010, at Epstein’s request.

Under the cover of darkness Andrew finally comes out

An embarrassed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor took a ‘midnight flight’ from Windsor to start his new life at Sandringham.

He left Royal Lodge under cover of darkness late on Monday and drove more than 130 miles to Norfolk to avoid the embarrassment of being seen abandoning the last vestige of his old life.

The King’s brother, who was stripped of his titles last autumn, is believed to be temporarily staying at Wood Farm, Prince Philip’s former home on Charles’ private estate, while work continues on his new home, Marsh Farm.

The Daily Mail reports that it is expected to be ready by Easter, with the King privately funding his brother’s new life. Buckingham Palace had no comment last night.

The news follows the publication yesterday of an email in which Andrew told pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein that he wanted to be his ‘pet’.

Police also announced that they are investigating allegations that Epstein trafficked a second woman to England to have sex with Andrew.

Sources discounted allegations that the King forced Andrew to leave Windsor early following Epstein’s latest statements. While Charles is likely to be horrified by the allegations, he has no right to force his brother’s hand.

But increased public scrutiny inevitably caused the former prince to ‘act sensibly’.

Royals have also expressed frustration at the constant stream of photos and images of the prince out in his car or waving at passers-by from his car, especially under the current circumstances.

Insiders also told the Daily Mail that Andrew may pop back into Windsor ‘from time to time’ to complete his move or go horseback riding.

They suggested it would take ‘some time’ to clean every last lodge of the £30 million, 31-bedroom Royal Lodge and that the former Duke of York may have to return for occasional stays over the next few months. ‘He will now live in Norfolk but may return to Windsor from time to time,’ a source said.

The Sun reported that a “constant stream of vehicles” was seen passing through the Windsor estate following its exit.

Last month Andrew visited Marsh Farm to check on the progress there. Workers have been repairing the vacant farm for weeks with extra security measures, including a 6-foot wooden fence to reduce visibility from the road.

Workers were seen driving JCBs in the garden and wearing safety lights.

Last fall, the drone ban was extended to his home. In fact, technicians were seen installing Sky TV on the farm, where the last tenant apparently died a few years ago.

Amid their move, royal sources told the Daily Mail that “giving evidence is now a matter for Andrew and his conscience” regarding the Epstein investigation.

Insiders said it was always a principle that those with relevant information should ‘participate in any legal investigation on any matter’.

Despite a barrage of damning statements, Andrew remained silent.

He is regularly seen driving and cycling around Windsor and has been photographed smiling and waving to onlookers. Now it looks like he’s trying to enjoy his last days in his home of 22 years.

It is thought that King Charles was unaware of the level of detail in the latest Epstein Files and that Buckingham Palace learned of the new material at the same time as the public.
