Isaah Yeo warns NRL rivals they’ll be back “bigger and better” in 2026

“I still feel the talents and lessons we have learned this year as we can still take it forward. It frankly puts it, but I don’t think it’s so turnover during the year.

“There has been a lot in previous years. This year is not too much, not only learned lessons, so exciting for the future.

“We have many young players with a lot of experience in big games and hostile environments this season.

“I think we’ll take a look at these next year. The lessons learned will be really good for us. But when he says that, there is a lot of time between and then.”

Although Penrith received more powerful cadres in previous seasons, Yeo said that this year’s “connection” among his teammates is the best thing he knows.

“Probably there are some lessons there, but ultimately we weren’t good enough this year.

“But I feel like there are real steps with some young men this year. The core of our team will still be there next year.

“I hope they use this feeling that we haven’t had for a while to encourage next year.”
